Awesome. So Iam waiting for surgery and can’t get most treatments. My get up and go finally got up and went leaving me feeling sluggish, tired and just like my body wasn’t mine. I have been to the Dr to get bloods checked and all was well so I knew it wasn’t that, I talked to lyndsay all about it and we came up with trying a lymphatic massage. This is not your normal massage. It’s like a very gentle pinching of the skin at your lymph nodes. I slept like a log last night, this morning my get up was back. I felt lighter. My joints were not so stiff. One warning if you get this done do it later in the day and when you’re not at work the day after, get extra toilet paper. As you visit the toilet a lot, and you also expel a lot of wind. Oh and drink plenty of water. As I felt very thirsty the next day. Very relaxing and as always Lyndsay has magic hands
